Surgery

Yesterday, I had surgery to have some of my teeth removed. No, they're not rotten. haha. I have a small mouth and my teeth crowd, so for my braces, I needed to have teeth taken out to make space.
So the surgery wasn't too bad. I was on nitrous oxide, otherwise known as laughing gas, so that really helped me to not freak out during the procedure. I'm really bad with this kind of stuff, so the laughing gas helped tremendously. It felt like a dream, being completely honest. Although, it's true; I kept my eyes closed throughout most of it. I just can't stand watching people over me in my mouth and all. It's uncomfortable. It's awkward. But the teeth were pulled out, no problem. I didn't expect the numbing medication to last so long though. I went in for surgery at one in the afternoon, and it was probably around six that evening that I was able to fully feel my jaw and lower lip.
But all is going well. The recovery is going well. I hopefully won't be able to feel that I'm missing teeth after a month or two with the braces doing their job.
